Lake Spa Retreat
Amid native New Zealand flora and overlooking Lake Rotorua, the Lake Spa Retreat is Polynesian Spa’s inviting relaxation haven for spa therapy guests.

Here you can take time out to completely relax and unwind. Indoor and outdoor lake-view relaxation areas are offered, and include a large relaxation area where refreshments are available. Robes are provided, and well-appointed changing facilities supply towels, lockers, soap, shampoo and hairdryers.

Spa Therapy Rooms
In the spa therapy rooms enjoy views of the lake or of a native flora courtyard. While in the hydro spa therapy rooms, relax with the sound of steaming jets of warm water.

Polynesian Spa's spa therapists are friendly, experienced professionals, trained in relaxation massage.

Spa Therapy Natural Ingredients
Spa therapies include natural ingredients such as Rotorua thermal mud, New Zealand manuka honey, New Zealand kiwifruit, apricot, ground almonds, aromatic lavender, fragrant coconut oil, botanical extracts or yoghurt.

Relish these wonderful ingredients, many of which have beneficial properties including the exfoliating, cleansing and healing qualities of Rotorua thermal mud, the hydrating, healing and soothing traits of New Zealand manuka honey, and the anti oxidant effects of New Zealand kiwifruit

Spa Therapy Duration
Half-hour, one-hour and one and a half hour spa therapies are available. Some therapies can be combined to form longer packages on request.

Having completed your spa therapy, you are welcome to return to bathe in the deluxe Lake Spa, or rest in the large relaxation lounge where refreshments are available.

Spa Therapy Prices
Pricing is simply based on the duration of the spa therapy. All spa therapies include deluxe Lake Spa bathing. Spa therapies are available to persons 18 years of age or over. 

(Facials are the only spa therapies available to minors and pregnant women.)

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% from the spa therapy price will apply to bookings cancelled within four hours of treatment time or "no show" on the date of reservation.
