All appointments require guests to arrive one hour prior to their spa therapy reservation time, to allow for a pre-consultation (including form completion, provision of spa robes for use at Polynesian Spa, and a familiarisation of the Lake Spa Retreat), then deluxe Lake Spa bathing. On completion of your spa therapy, you are most welcome to return to bathe in the Lake Spa if you wish!

Easily Made Appointments
Spa therapy appointments are essential and are easily made. Simply decide on the following – the on-line information will assist you at each step.

1. The duration of the spa therapy - half-hour, one-hour, or one and a half hours. (eg one hour)
2. Whether you would like a spa or hydro spa therapy. (eg spa therapy)
3. The selected spa or hydro spa therapy.   (eg Rotorua Mud Wrap / Replenish)
4. The day and your preferred time of the spa therapy. (25 November 2008 at 10am)

As soon as you decide to experience a spa therapy at Polynesian Spa, it is recommended that an appointment is made at that time. The sooner it is made, the more likely your desired date and time will be confirmed. It is strongly recommended that your appointment is made at least 2 weeks prior to the day the spa therapy is required.

The Lake Spa Retreat reception desk is open daily from 8.00am until 8.00pm. Our receptionists can assist you to select your spa therapy – simply request assistance on an email if this is required. Spa therapies are available daily from 9.00am to 8.00pm.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% from the spa therapy price will apply to bookings cancelled within four hours of treatment time or "no show" on the date of reservation.
